Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and flawless results.
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member

Responsibilities

• Create systems & template layouts for production
• Schedule & create sample material in production
• Wash stencils, brushes, trowels and buckets
• Pull and refill wet materials for production
• Maintain production label compliance when materials are moved to new containers
• Maintain Inventory on carded sample stock levels
• Cut and prepare ALL samples sizes
• Operate & maintain glue machines
• Plan & prepare new collection launch rollout material
• Maintain and organize sampling area
• Cut and construct road kit leather portfolios
• Assist in pulling, packaging and shipping sample requests as needed
• Assist with other production and varied tasks as needed
• Maintain all site safety and quality standards
