About The Position
Great Northern is a leading developer and manufacturer of creative solutions for packaging, shipping, merchandising and distributing products for industrial, commercial and retail markets. Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking Production Support to join our growing manufacturing team! Our Production Support is Responsible For: Follows all quality set-up, run, and inspection procedures for accuracy and quality. Understands, supports, and abides by the quality objectives, policies, and workmanship standards. Comply with all quality and safety rules, regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures. Knows, understands and follows all plant and general safety rules. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. To be successful your teammates will depend on your to have pride in your work, be on time, work safely, work effectively with others, be optimistic, take ownership of our responsibilities, and look for continuous improvement opportunities. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge that can be applied to grow into new positions with higher pay.
