About The Position
The Production Support role is a flexible, shared resource that assists across multiple manufacturing departments. This position helps maintain workflow by providing hands-on support wherever needed in production, including paint line, assembly, packaging, and the metal shop.
Requirements
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Nice To Haves
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read tape measure
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Stable work history
Responsibilities
- Retrieve parts as required
- Prepare parts by buffing, sanding, and cleaning
- Hang and remove parts from the line
- Assist with paint line maintenance
- Wrap and package finished goods for shipment
- Label parts with computer-generated labels
- Assist with crate building and product loading
- Operate preprogrammed machinery and saws
- Deburr metal parts
- Perform other duties across production as assigned
