About The Position

The production support role is responsible for defining, clarifying, and enhancing the ability to follow procedures related to work schedules, PTO, tours for temporary workers, and general administrative tasks pertaining to production and associates. This role ensures compliance with Quality Standards and RPC Policies. Additionally, the production support will provide assistance to team leaders and associates as needed.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
• Strong computer skills (excel, powerpoint, etc.).
• High organizational and multitasking skills.
• Speak, read, and write English and Spanish.
• Understand company policies and procedures.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to document and measure results.
• Teamwork building skills.
• Comfortable public speaking.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to follow procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Food manufacturing experience (1 to 2 years) a plus.
• HR experience a plus.
• Ability to occasionally come in during 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Work with associates to ensure they are in compliance with RPC Quality Standards and Specifications.
• Ensure that all required documentation for production records is completed according to RPC policies.
• Assist Team Leaders with Safety Training.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation tasks as needed (file, E-verify, tour, etc.).
• Provide support for Team Leaders regarding work schedules, absences, and PTO.
• Complete production reports.
• Order and process production supplies.
• Assist associates with access setups.
