About The Position

The Production Support Technician – Team Lead is responsible for directing and coordinating the in‑house diagnosis and processing of Clover devices within the Tech Center. This role leads a team of up to 10 technicians, ensuring production targets, workflow efficiency, and quality standards are met, reducing the need to send devices to external vendors. This is a hands‑on, non‑technical process leadership role focused on people, workflow, and production execution.

Requirements

  • Availability to work between the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. shifts
  • 1 year of experience working with electronic devices in a production, manufacturing, refurbishment, or technical environment, or equivalent technical education
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment or equivalent technical education
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive, hands‑on tasks
  • Comfort working with electronic devices in a fast‑paced production setting

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with ISO 9001 quality processes.
  • 2+ years of electronics repair, refurbishment, or device processing experience
  • Experience working with POS hardware or similar electronic equipment
  • Familiarity with quality control, screening, or testing processes
  • Ability to follow technical documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Prior experience in production, assembly line, or warehouse environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily work activities and production output for a team of up to 10 technicians
  • Partner with Managers to maintain workflow by reallocating team members based on daily production needs
  • With Manager guidance, assist in planning, scheduling, and assigning daily work for team members
  • Monitor, capture, and report workflow and production metrics
  • Create, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Train new hires and existing employees on processes, procedures, and workflow changes
  • Support quality and production decisions using pre‑established guidelines and standards
  • Coach and support team members on proper work methods, safety practices, and productivity expectations
  • Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for the team, escalating issues as needed
