About The Position

The Production Support Staff is responsible for graphics, audio, and video of the BCSN productions or any other duties needed throughout productions. Primary job function requires the employee to use creativity and/or originality to contribute to production as needed. This position has no direct reports. The Production Support Staff will work as a member of a team, promoting a positive attitude and feeling of well-being towards co-workers. The Production Support Staff frequently interfaces with the following positions: Production Manager, Operations Manager, Director/Producer, and Production Staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent – required
• Background record that meets Company standards;
• Reliable means of transportation at all times;
• Present professional appearance and demeanor;
• Strictly maintains confidentiality of financial and/or other information acquired in the course of work; discloses only when authorized, unless legally obligated to do so.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards at all times.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in communications or equivalent related work experience – preferred
• 1 year prior related work experience – preferred
• 1 year experience with sports production – preferred

Responsibilities

• Working out of a Mobile Production Unit – set and strike in a safe and orderly manner at every event;
• Using production equipment to produce TV quality games, shows, news announcements and in-house promotions;
• Driving on the job as needed to perform job duties;
• Performing equipment checks and notifying directors when equipment in the Production Unit needs repair;
• Organizing and delivering tapes/disks to appropriate locations;
• Accurately completing associated paperwork;
• Following and enforcing the Company’s policies and procedures, including the EEO guidelines and safety, at all times;
• Performing any miscellaneous department duties as needed.
