SUMMARY Provide coordination, administrative support, data entry, and backlog maintenance support for Roll Mill by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

Observes safety rules and regulations.
Review and maintain various Roll Mill backlogs in the Shop Floor system.
Create RMRs and work with the Technical Department to resolve issues.
Answer telephones, take messages and/or assist people who call the office.
Enter and file departmental audits and assist with conducting audits when needed.
Assist in maintaining training records and revise training materials as directed.
Assist in maintaining all safety documents and safety training records.
Maintain and revise departmental SOPs as directed.
Pick list items as needed, close out PMs, order spare parts, and complete other tasks in Permac.
Update and maintain all departmental daily reports as directed.
Update and maintain all departmental bulletin boards as needed.
