Production support - Casual Worker
About The Position
INX-Edwardsville is looking to hire a limited amount of people to join our Team as Casual Workers. This role offers flexibility, making it suitable for individuals seeking a second income or extra money, such as stay-at-home parents or college students. The position involves assistive tasks that are frequently routine and manual to support INX’s manufacturing, packaging, and shipping processes. These tasks may include making boxes, labeling, packaging, cleaning, filing, and other non-skilled labor tasks. Requirements
- Must be 18 or older.
- Ability to comprehend simple verbal/written instructions.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Math skills.
- Common sense understanding to carry out detailed written, oral or diagram instructions.
- Ability to stand and walk.
- May need to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Ability to use hands to handle or feel.
- Ability to reach with hands or arms.
- Ability to identify/quantify colors.
- Close & color vision.
- Depth perception & peripheral vision.
- May lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to report to work on short notice.
- Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug screens, physicals, and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Making boxes, labeling, packaging
- Cleaning, filing, as well as other non-skilled labor tasks.
