Production Support Associate
About The Position
The Production Support Associate plays a key role in supporting repair and production operations by coordinating workflow, tracking repairs, and ensuring timely communication throughout the production process. This position helps maintain on-time delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction by supporting technicians and production leadership with administrative, inventory, and operational tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where they can support multiple teams and help keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and track repair jobs throughout the production process
- Communicate production updates, delays, and status changes to appropriate internal teams
- Assist in coordinating workflow between technicians, inventory, and production leadership
- Support repair production teams by maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Research and gather information related to production activities and workflow performance
- Assist with inventory management activities related to repair and production operations
- Maintain accurate information within company systems and databases
- Support customer-focused initiatives by helping ensure timely completion of repair orders
- Assist with reporting and metric tracking as required by production leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and communication processes
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
