About The Position

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Production Support Analyst I to support the west time zone region. The position works from home most of the time and travels to branches as needed. The analyst develops working knowledge of the company’s Production Software, supports end users, assists with software configuration and data analysis, and helps implement the software through training and branch support.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with various ERP or CRM applications.
• Previous experience using Aspire or ComputerEase.

Responsibilities

• Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Production Software system.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by end users and provide solutions.
• Assist with configuring the Production Software and updating settings, services, items, and other elements as needed.
• Analyze raw data from various sources to help ensure compliance with established data standards.
• Provide software training through web-based and onsite methods.
• Develop training materials for Production Software implementation.
• Participate in branch implementations and provide effective training to maximize software use.
