Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, food, beverage, ingredient, or consumer packaged goods environments.
Experience leading large teams of hourly production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing operation.
Demonstrated success improving safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and operational performance.
Lead by example and build trust with frontline teams.
Hold themselves and others accountable for results.
Develop and coach employees to reach their full potential.
Remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced production environment.
Use data and metrics to identify opportunities and solve problems.
Collaborate effectively across departments to achieve plant goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of hourly manufacturing employees, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Drive daily production execution to achieve safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity targets.
Coach, mentor, and develop employees through performance feedback, training, and succession planning.
Champion food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance standards.
Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
Partner closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to solve problems and drive business results.
Lead root-cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
Support workforce planning, labor optimization, and production scheduling activities.
