Build something that matters. Farmer Focus is looking for a Production Supervisor who loves a fast‑paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. As a Production Supervisor at Farmer Focus, you will own day‑to‑day production line operations, including safety, quality, efficiency, documentation, and execution. You’ll lead approximately 40 team members, enforce GMP and HACCP requirements, analyze yields and labor data, manage staffing, and drive continuous improvement in a structured, fast‑moving production environment.
