About The Position

This position is with Henkel's Consumer Brands business unit, focusing on Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. The role involves managing all operations and service/support departments at the factory level, implementing production strategies for efficiency and quality, and delivering against production performance KPIs, budget, and projects. The supervisor will also set up and execute development plans for production personnel, ensure operations processes align with global procedures and local regulations, and hold legal responsibility for SHEQ requirements. Additionally, the role serves as a key contact for local authorities within the area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years of Manufacturing supervisory experience
• Good communication and presentation skills. Position interacts with all levels in the organization from laboratory employees to legal, to corporate executives. In addition, position will interact with external parties including government officials as required.
• Capable of being self-managed, prioritizing work and often formulating deadlines for activities and projects
