The Supervisor works a designated shift and has authority over a portion (shift) of the company’s employees and their day-to-day performance. The Supervisor is to ensure maximum productivity from the employees they supervise/lead (Production Floor, Medical Department and PMO). The Supervisor is responsible for working with and developing employees on their designated shift, this includes training, planning and implementing improvements to the specific shift to ensure current procedures and manufacturing processes are being followed. Employees on their designated shift are to comply to TPS policies, SOP, cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and AS9100 criteria. The Supervisor works collaboratively with Quality Leaders, Senior Process Engineers, Process Engineers, Jr. Processors, Setup Technicians, Inventory Technicians, Operators, Materials and members of the Leadership team on their designated shift. This position reports directly to the Production Manager with daily shift reporting for important issues and work to resolve issues and promote improvements on the designated shift.
