About The Position

Kent Quality Foods, a premier manufacturer of specialty meat products, is seeking an energetic 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to help us build out our 2nd shift operation. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, efficiency, and team performance across assigned production areas. Requirements

3+ years of team lead or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment required.
Respect and adherence for safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work in a refrigerated production environment.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Lean manufacturing experience is strongly desired.
Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills preferred.
