About The Position

Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Production Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and coordinating daily work activities for assigned Plant Operations employees. All job responsibilities are to be performed in strict adherence with the Company’s Mission/Values Statement and in accordance with established standards for external customers as well as internal customers.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Managers, clients, customers, and employees.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheet applications).
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree plus 2 – 3 years’ supervisory experience and/or equivalent experience preferred.
