About The Position

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading safety at Nucor Warehouse Systems (NWS) Houston. The Production Supervisor will lead the NWS Team in providing world-class quality products to all of our customers. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for team development achieving performance metrics in any of the production areas of the plant. The successful candidate will be a key business partner with NWS-Houston leadership team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Nice To Haves

• Previous pallet rack manufacturing experience.
• Previous production volume welding experience.
• Previous tube making and roll forming experience.
• Previous high volume powder coating experience.
• Previous fabrication experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
