Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Production Supervisor (Roofing Division) to join our growing family.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day field operations and oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish.
• Supervise crews, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example, lead daily execution on job sites, and lead communication between crews, homeowners, and internal teams while reinforcing customer service expectations.
• Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Supervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors.
• Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finish.
• Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed.
• Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Daily travel in the home market.
• Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion.
