About The Position

As the Production Supervisor, you'll lead the Sides production team, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coach employees, solve problems, improve processes, and foster a positive, productive work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, food quality, and continuous improvement.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift.
• Fill in for Team Leaders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, SOPs, and all food safety requirements.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and proper use of PPE.
• Monitor sanitation and cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality and yield goals.
• Support and implement company policies and management decisions.
• Coach, train, evaluate, and develop employees.
• Manage staffing levels and overtime.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
