Requirements

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business systems

Responsibilities

Managing the workflow of custom screen-printed orders from the Print/QC perspective
Daily supervision of up to 40+ Production Technicians
Edit timecards, other administration tasks as needed
Aid in completion of annual evaluations
Conduct disciplinary actions/discussions as needed
Ensure productivity and quality goals are met for department
Able to handle high order volume with a quick turnaround time including same day service
Troubleshoot machine issues and facilitate timely corrective actions to maintain production efficiency
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands and critical deadlines
Update and implement new processes in department
