About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead shift operations and drive performance on the production floor. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and support a team of operators to achieve production goals. You’ll serve as a key frontline leader, helping keep operations running efficiently while addressing real-time challenges.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work shift schedules

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience with PowerPoint is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of production operators during assigned shifts
Oversee daily production line operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
Train, coach, and motivate employees to ensure strong performance and adherence to standards
Manage scheduling, attendance, and timecard approvals
Partner with HR and plant leadership on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct initial investigations for safety incidents (RCCA) and implement corrective actions
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Coordinate manpower and production planning to meet customer demand and shipment timelines
Track and report production metrics (output, hours worked, key issues)
Communicate production updates, challenges, and solutions during daily meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally with plant and corporate teams to support operations
Lead or participate in special projects as assigned
Provide after-hours support as needed based on business demands
