About The Position

Infinite Electronics is seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations at our Lewisville facility. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and oversee a growing team of approximately 25 to 30 production employees in support of increasing business demand, expansion into new markets, and the transition of additional assembly capacity from other sites into Lewisville. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for driving day-to-day production operations such as safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while ensuring production schedules are achieved, and customer expectations are met. This leader will play a critical role in scaling operations, improving processes, developing frontline talent, and supporting cross-functional alignment across planning, quality, engineering, and supply chain. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable, leading in a fast-paced environment experiencing growth and change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or distribution environments.
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement concepts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and leadership levels.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, production reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze metrics such as productivity, scrap, quality, attendance, and on-time delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience considered.
  • Experience leading teams of 20+ employees preferred.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, light industrial assembly, cable/connectivity products, or similar environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting growth, transfers of work, or scaling operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production and assembly operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Lead a team of approximately 25 to 30 employees, including staffing alignment, work assignments, attendance management, coaching, and performance accountability.
  • Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and production priorities to maximize throughput and efficiency.
  • Ensure production schedules are executed in alignment with customer demand, capacity plans, and business priorities.
  • Support successful insourcing or transfer of assembly work from other Infinite Electronics sites into Lewisville.
  • Partner with the Operations Manager to prepare the facility for future growth tied to new product lines and market expansion, including data center solutions.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through daily leadership presence, training reinforcement, and compliance with company safety standards.
  • Ensure products are manufactured to specification and quality requirements through adherence to work instructions, processes, and inspection standards.
  • Partner with Quality to address nonconformances, implement corrective actions, and reduce recurring defects.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready production areas using 6S and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Provide daily coaching, direction, and development to frontline employees and team leads.
  • Conduct performance discussions, corrective action, recognition, and talent development planning.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees as headcount grows.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Help identify future leads and supervisors by developing internal talent pipelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and shorten lead times.
  • Utilize production data and KPIs to drive decisions and improve departmental performance.
  • Support labor planning and staffing strategies to meet changing business volumes.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Service, and Quality to remove operational barriers.
  • Assist with quick turn prototyping, new product introductions, process changes, equipment implementation, and layout optimization as needed.
