About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our Print on Demand team in Monroe Township, NJ. This role will lead daily production activity, support workflow across print, finishing, and shipping, and help ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and on time. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on production leader who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, and keeping work moving in a fast-paced print environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of production supervisory experience.
Demonstrated skills in leadership, organization, and problem solving.
Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to understand complex concepts and communicate across all levels of the company.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Printing experience.
Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience.
Experience with environmental and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage daily print jobs based on equipment availability and client deadlines to ensure completion.
Supervise, train, coach, and support production staff, including Digital Press Operators, Finishing Operators, and Shipping Staff.
Conduct performance evaluations, including annual reviews and regular check-ins with team members to support performance and progress toward goals.
Record and maintain departmental metrics and recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, employee performance, and product quality.
Maintain departmental standards in safety, quality, productivity, utilization, delivery, and training.
Maintain a clean, organized work area through 5S and other lean manufacturing tools.
