About The Position

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to support one of our established clients operating in the automotive or aerospace manufacturing space. This organization is known for disciplined operations, strong quality standards, and a leadership team that promotes continuous improvement on the floor. You’ll be in a hands-on role where execution, accountability, and team performance directly impact output. Objective Lead daily production activities on the assembly floor, ensuring efficient operations, consistent output, and alignment with operational goals.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing environments
• Proven background in hands-on production supervision
• Strong understanding of production processes and assembly line operations
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to manage inventory and material flow within a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-output environments

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly line operations and ensure production targets are met
• Lead and develop production teams, driving accountability and performance
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to maintain efficiency and output
• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure material availability and accuracy
• Implement and support process improvement initiatives across production
