About The Position

This role is primarily responsible for the successful execution of the daily agenda, ensuring efficiency of operations, and overseeing subordinates to meet production standards and quality. The Production Supervisor will also troubleshoot production issues, arrange for equipment maintenance, and enforce company rules and regulations. There are two current openings for 2nd Shift Supervisor and 3rd Shift Supervisor.

• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain calm and flexible to changing schedules or timelines.

Responsibilities

• Successfully execute the daily agenda.
• Maintain open, daily communication with area managers via verbal and email to ensure operational efficiency and report unusual occurrences.
• Oversee and direct subordinates to ensure effective and efficient operating practices that meet conforming production standards and quality.
• Recommend solutions to challenges and opportunities that improve performance in all facets of the manufacturing spectrum.
• Troubleshoot and analyze production non-conformities, including faulty work, production delays, and material shortages.
• Plan and arrange for both planned maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
• Provide input on costs, methods, design changes, quality control, and safety.
• Enforce Company rules and regulations.
