We are looking for you! The Production Supervisor is responsible for the success of production & product delivery to the customer on a given scope (site / region / country etc.). Lead and support teams covering different activities in Secondary Production (eg. operations technicians, maintenance, product compliance etc). Collaborate to ensure proper identification and maintenance of safety-critical elements. Establish processes for receiving and addressing incident, hazard, and risk information. Collect and analyze operational data to advance plant performance. Lead and support production and maintenance staff, including training and meetings. We are looking for someone to help with staffing arrangements and alignment with quality procedures. Responsible for Safety in Operations. Ideally, you bring problem-solving insights with an appreciation of process control or DCS.

Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • This role can be an entry level for fresh graduate or 1 to 3 y exp in related fields
  • Strong fundamentals in ASU Process and Gas related IM Filling Centers Operations
  • Has a standard level of knowledge / expertise in his/her domain
  • Problem-solving insights with an appreciation of process control or DCS.
