About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead your shift with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity while driving a disciplined, high-performance culture. You will develop your team, enforce standard work, and respond to downtime and process variation with urgency. By identifying and eliminating waste, you will play a key role in improving reliability and delivering results against critical KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts
  • High level of initiative, organization, and emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to resolve personnel issues and foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all safety procedures and policies
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve daily production goals
  • Support the area leaders and managers to achieve team objectives
  • Monitor production performance and respond to downtime, quality issues, and inefficiencies in real time
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate priorities, issues, and expectations to the plant floor
  • Enforce standard work and drive accountability to established processes
  • Support training and onboarding of new employees
  • Participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) and support cross-functional initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and shift handoff communication
