About The Position

Production Supervisor Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor for our facility in Linden, NJ. Schedule: This position works Tuesday - Saturday from 5:30 AM through close. Compensation: The salary for this position is $62,000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors. Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SCHEDULED DAYS - punctuality is a must

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people
• Updating reports based on the daily productivity of their department
• Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policies
• Approving weekly department payroll
