About The Position

The Production Supervisor will supervise the manufacture of products to verify conformance to specifications. This role ensures Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed correctly. The supervisor will recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety, organize and coordinate the workflow in the department during the shift, and pursue and contribute to cost reduction methods. Additionally, the role involves driving a culture of continuous improvement to achieve quality and production goals, and developing and leading a high-performing team by establishing clear expectations and monitoring performance. The supervisor will carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving problems.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• 3 years supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Plastics industry
• Experience using IQMS system
• Technical experience with EBM and IM machines.

• Develop and lead a high performing team: establish clear expectations, monitor individual and team performance.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
