Join NICK CLARK KREUTER's team on 1st Shift working 5:30am – 2:00pm as a Production Supervisor in Lancaster, NY and help build a more sustainable future.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Business Administration. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Willing to work 5:30am - 2:00pm Monday – Friday with occasional weekend support where needed.
- 2+ years’ experience in leadership and lean continuous improvement processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence.
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills to include MS365 and SAP or ERP software.
Responsibilities
- Drive optimal management of occupational health and safety, target production sequence and product compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor operating parameters while developing action plans to close performance gaps and resolve challenges.
- Engage employees through meaningful interactions, ongoing communications, and a team approach toward meeting production goals while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Achieve operational efficiency objectives associated with your business unit’s strategy by optimizing available resources, rigorously applying business processes and establishing an effective communication and leadership system.
- Support workforce planning, scheduling and approval of weekly hours worked.
- Manage performance in support of achieving KPI’s and team objectives.
