Production Supervisor 2nd Shift River Falls
About The Position
Ready to elevate your career this year? We're looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our River Falls team and take charge of our operations. This position would Supervise our second shift team members Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am, with occasional Fridays based on the needs of the department. Bring your leadership and organizational skills to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all processes. WHO WE ARE We are a team of over 900, and sales of over $150 million. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in shipping/receiving or dock operations (or a related degree).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of painting processes, material handling equipment, and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise department personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
- Train, coach, and motivate employees to perform at their best.
- Responsible to supervise all personnel and manufacturing operations in the department.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of all manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Oversee equipment inspections, audits, and maintenance for forklifts, pallet jacks, and loading docks.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and timely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe "customer-visit ready" workspace.
- Enforce policies, approve time records and schedules, and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Scheduling, HR, and Safety to achieve department goals.
