About The Position

Case Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide guidance and leadership to department personnel on assigned shifts. This role involves managing line efficiencies, key performance indicators, and downtime, while monitoring and adjusting the production process to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. The Production Supervisor is responsible for maintaining equipment in working order, ensuring safe working conditions, and verifying production line readiness at start-up. A key aspect of this role is managing overall product quality to meet all standards and specifications, and assisting employees with troubleshooting and coaching. The supervisor will also be responsible for staffing, training, evaluating, and developing team members, and championing company-wide safety programs and initiatives.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years supervising production staff.
Basic computer and database application skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems.
Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
Ability to work within timelines and in pressure situations.
Ability to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
Schedule may include weekends.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree.
Food Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
Champion for company-wide safety programs and initiatives.
Provide coaching, problem-solving, and team building for the department.
