At LiquidStack, this role directly contributes to building a world-class, lean manufacturing enterprise by driving performance, developing people, and delivering high-quality products that support next-generation cooling solutions for AI and high-performance computing. The Manufacturing Leader is a hands-on production leader responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing cell focused on electromechanical systems. This role is 80% on the production floor, actively leading teams, solving problems in real time, and driving operational execution. You will bridge production, engineering, and quality to ensure output meets customer expectations while building scalable processes for growth. This is not a desk-based supervisor role—this is a floor-driven leadership position focused on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
