This is an active, hands-on manufacturing leadership role that requires a regular presence on the production floor. The work environment may include heat, humidity, noise, dust, odors, and controlled chemical exposure. Employees must consistently follow all safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements. Personal mobile devices must remain secured during working time and may be accessed only during authorized breaks in designated areas due to customer and security requirements. Dependable attendance is essential. Supervisors are expected to set the standard for their teams. Interviews are conducted in person at our New Hope, Minnesota facility. We do not conduct virtual interviews. Applicants who currently live outside Minnesota should have definite relocation plans and be prepared to describe those plans during the application process.
