Production Supervisor

Horizon Systems is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee fabrication operations. This role is essential to ensuring on-time delivery, product quality, and a safe, organized work environment. The Role: Supervising Fabrication and Production Execution As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the cutting, fabrication, welding, and finishing of equipment to meet company-defined quality standards. You’ll coordinate with multiple departments to ensure production schedules are met and team members are trained and supported. Your primary responsibilities include: Maintaining departmental scheduling to ensure on-time delivery Prioritizing and delegating fabrication and assembly tasks Supervising cutting, fabrication, and welding stages of production Participating in weekly production meetings and communicating updates to the team Coordinating with the Production Coordinator to ensure plasma cut part accuracy Collaborating with the Quality Manager to implement quality standards Training new employees and promoting a safe working environment Monitoring job clock-ins and minimizing rework Core Competencies Success in this role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
