About The Position
Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards; provide corrective actions as needed. Assign work schedules, track attendance, and ensure coverage for shifts. Train production staff on procedures, safety, and equipment operation. Support continuous improvement, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Prepare and report production performance metrics to management.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2 years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions
- 2 years of experience working with production processes, safety practices, and quality standards
