As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing Leadership to coach, direct, and develop your team to work together in a safe manner while maintaining product quality. You are responsible for complying with regulatory requirements, company and plant policies, procedures, and rules in your area of responsibility. To be considered, you must also be flexible for all shifts, and weekend work. In addition, the Production Supervisor will propose, plan, and execute projects to eliminate the root cause of manufacturing problems with minimal direction and input from senior leadership. They will independently execute projects of high complexity which have a large impact on the company's current and/or future business interests, potentially relating to people, procedures, policies, finances, equipment, processes and/or products. The role also involves participation in annual budget preparation and maintaining strong budgetary control of direct and indirect costs.
