Production Supervisor (Night Shift)
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role oversees daily quarry operations to ensure safety and efficiency, manages and coordinates the production team to meet production targets, implements and maintains quality control standards, monitors equipment and schedules maintenance to minimize downtime, and ensures compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The night shift hours are 7 PM to 5 AM.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in aggregate production or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.
- Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
