About The Position

Forvia is seeking a passionate Production Supervisor to drive production performance and foster a safe, collaborative work environment. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of designated groups. This includes setting targets, implementing plans, and tracking results to drive continuous improvement. You will lead your team in problem-solving initiatives and facilitate workshops to enhance quality improvement methods. Your role also involves handling personnel issues, ensuring proper team management, and fostering individual development. Maintaining compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards is paramount, requiring diligent work to mitigate risks and improve working conditions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, with a specialisation in Production.
• 1-3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Operational level of English.
