Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Loudon, TN location. This position has a direct impact on the success of the Rotary department at our Loudon plant.

Requirements

Education or equivalent experience required
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi-task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. Strong mathematical competency
Strong communication Skills
Ability to Lead a team
