About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in developing talent, managing performance, and collaborating across departments to meet production goals. This position is a 2nd shift position, however must be available IF needed for other shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Strong communication, team-building, and motivational skills.
Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Understanding of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes.
Willingness to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Participate in facility metrics reporting and support Wis-Pak's strategic goals.
Enforce safety protocols and respond to incidents with appropriate follow-up.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
