Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We're seeking a motivated leader to oversee daily production operations and help build a safe, engaged, and high-performing team. This role reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in delivering quality products while supporting employee development and operational excellence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, agriculture, or a related environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or a related industry
- Dairy industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of GMPs, food safety regulations, and manufacturing safety practices, including LOTO and hazard recognition
- Experience with scheduling, performance management, and systems such as Workday
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members
- Drive safety, quality, and food safety compliance
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and production priorities
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and achieve production goals
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement
Benefits
- Salary: $70,800 - $88,500
