About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
At least 1 year in a leadership/lead or supervisory role.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of safety regulations, safe work practices, and workplace hazard identification.
Experience managing employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet production deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business operations.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct daily production team activities to achieve operational objectives.
Minimize production line downtime and drive continuous improvements in productivity and efficiency.
