This role is for the 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2 PM CST - 10:30 PM CST, with some weekend work expected.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company.
- Experience with Google or Microsoft administrative applications.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree (experience in lieu of education will be considered).
Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 2nd Shift.
- Supervising approximately 12 - 15 hourly Associates.
- Managing absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates on a daily basis.
- Managing daily production goals to ensure production targets are met.
