This role will oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality, implement and maintain safety protocols, train and mentor production staff, monitor and manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics, and collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Requirements

  • Prior cement plant or heavy industrial experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to obtain ATF clearance to operate specialized material‑clearing equipment (e.g., kiln guns or similar equipment) used in cement plant operations.
