Salaried Professional responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely to meet production targets and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to manage and motivate a production team to achieve goals
• Excellent verbal and written skills to convey instructions and updates
• Strong skills in identifying and resolving production issues efficiently
• Proficiency in planning and coordinating production schedules
• High level of accuracy in monitoring production quality and compliance
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety standards
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate the use of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize production efficiency.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and present production reports to upper management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.
