About The Position

As the Production Supervisor you will be at the forefront of the most historic transformation in the energy systems industry. In this critical role, you will lead with purpose by building and leading an agile team to deliver advanced technology driving the future of mobility. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience (Internship and co-op experience considered).
  • Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze problems, develop and implement effective solutions, make timely and well-informed decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Utilize data and insights to strike down downtime and quality defects, driving quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality.   • Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
