About The Position

This is more than a supervisory role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead operations across one or more manufacturing or support departments, driving performance, efficiency, and quality on every shift. You’ll be at the center of our production success, guiding your team, solving challenges, and continuously improving processes using lean principles.

Requirements

Associate degree in a technical field (Bachelor’s preferred)
5–7 years of manufacturing, maintenance, or machining experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with lean principles/process improvement
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and routings
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

Lead and energize a team of operators and technicians
Drive daily production to meet delivery and quality goals
Plan and prioritize workflow for maximum efficiency
Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues

Directly supervise production employees, guiding performance, resolving challenges, and creating a positive, productive work environment.
