Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift
About The Position

We are a recognized leader and one of the largest global innovative companies. This position is for the 3rd Shift, working Sunday, 9:30 PM to Friday, 6:30 AM. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on the 3rd Shift, overseeing approximately 20-25 hourly Associates. Daily responsibilities include managing absenteeism, enforcing safety rules, conducting environmental risk analysis, and monitoring Associate performance to ensure daily production goals are met.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
- Experience with Google or Microsoft applications
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree (experience in lieu of education will be considered)
Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 3rd Shift
- Supervising approximately 20 - 25 hourly Associates
- Managing absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates on a daily basis
- Managing daily production goals to ensure the production goals are met
