About The Position

True North Salmon LP, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join their team in St. George, NB. This is a Monday to Friday Night Shift position reporting to the Senior Production Manager. The role involves providing coaching, guidance, leadership, and direction to operational/production staff, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and meeting timeframes. The ideal candidate will have excellent people management and communication skills, a high attention to detail, and strong time management and organizational abilities to meet cost and schedule requirements. Experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment is essential, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience and above-average computer skills. Experience and/or training in production will be considered an asset. A criminal background check is required.
